Phil qualified with an MSc in Physiotherapy from the University of Birmingham in 2008 and has spent over a decade at Loughborough University's clinic treating elite athletes—plus a stint as lead physio for the students' 1st XV rugby team.
He's worked with GB Bobsleigh, GB Judo, Leicestershire County Cricket Club, and most recently supported gymnastics at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham. His expert advice has appeared in The Times, Birmingham Living, and more.
